It feels like a year ago, haha. #mommymonday ? this was 4 days after he was born- so 5 months ago. But it’s just for a year or so, & then I can really get my body where I want it! For now, I have to find the balance & know that it’s a worthy sacrifice. & that makes it very hard to tighten & tone up. So right now I eat way more carbs than I normally would. & breastfeeding is one of the best things you can do for your baby. High (healthy) fat is great for the baby, but low carbs just doesn’t produce milk for him. But that means low production of breast milk. The best “diet” for me is high fat & low carbs.
